Hello....and thanks for visiting us(virtually).
We're assuming that you're here because you're thinking of buying/selling real estate and are looking for assistance from a Real Estate Professional or perhaps one of our listings intrigued you. In either case, we'd like to tell you a bit about ourselves in the hope that you'll choose to work with us.
We spend a fair bit of time driving around with our clients and sometimes it's refreshing to talk about things other than real estate.
So.......we are looking forward to our 47th wedding anniversary;we're high school/college sweethearts with 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren; our eighth arrived in December of 2008. We moved to Queensbury 15 years ago from Suffern, NY. Prior to that we'd lived in New Jersey, Boston, Albany, Montreal and when we were first married Dave was an Infantry officer stationed at Ft. Knox, KY.
In our prior lives, Dave was in information technology (Oracle, Computer Associates, Computer Sciences Corp...) and Judy was an office manager for a number of years.
Judy's most rewarding work experience was the 6 years that she spent in various capacities at the Double H Hole in the Woods Ranch, a local organization providing fun and support for children facing critical ilnesses. http://www.doublehranch.org/
Dave is a conservative while Judy is a liberal. We usually cancel out one another's votes but we wouldn't think of not voting. We share an interest in bridge, boating on Lake George, music, and spending time with our friends, a sizeable number of whom came out of our real estate activities.
Judy is also active in Literacy Volunteers of America and our parish church/community while Dave is involved with Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited and the Ruffed Grouse Society. He is currently involved in launching TYFYS(Thank You For Your Service) a local initiative to provide discounts on goods and services to Veterans and service men and women on active duty.
We both continue to be involved with the Double H.
We're both outgoing and especially enjoy working with clients who welcome the opportunity to develop new relationships .
